This document is filed with TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) to assist agents and their clients in understanding that although our Association Fees are voluntary, adherence to the existing CCRs (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) are not.  These CCRs were put in place by the developer, run with the land, and the HOA has a legal responsibility to see that they are enforced to uphold the quality and property values of Bedford Estates.
