Just a heads up to watch for an important email from your HOA Board of Directors to be delivered this Fall.

In 2021 the Texas legislature enacted an extensive set of statutes governing the operations of HOAs (also called Property Owners Associations) or POAs.  These new and updated laws have necessitated extensive changes to our existing Bylaws and Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.

This email will provide instructions for viewing these legal documents on this website and a ballot will be provided for your vote.
