Neighborhood News

Great turnout for the 3rd Annual Christmas Crawl.  We met several new homeowners and got reacquainted with others.  Our thanks to the host homes.

PLEASE WATCH FOR AN EMAIL FROM YOUR HOA THAT WILL GIVE YOU ACCESS TO OUR YEAR END ANNUAL PRESENTATION AND A POLL TO VOTE ON NEW COMMITTEE MEMBERS, LAST YEAR'S MINUTES AND OUR 2022 BUDGET.

Many thanks to our hosts Robert and Lydia Gagliardi and Mark and Charla Masarik  for a great holiday get-together.  We ate very well:

The Italian version of charcuterie known as affettati (the Gagliardi's) German brats, sauerkraut and red cabbage (the Rusks) Persian* kebabs, eggplant and rice (the Masarik's) and Scottish shortbread and English Xmas pudding (the Brooks).

It was good to be out and about and we plan to continue with other neighborhood events in 2022.

* Charla has provided the proper names for the dishes she served:  salad olivieh (chicken salad with grilled olives), Kashk o bademjan (eggplant dip), Kabob Koobideh (ground beef), mast-o-khlar (yogurt cucumber mint dip), naan (pita bread).  She recommend the Giza supermarket on Brown Trail.

May your holidays and New Year be filled with joy. At this special time of year, we give thanks for neighbors like you who have made our jobs easier and our lives more fulfilling. Thank you for being you. - Your HOA Board

A special thank you to the neighbors in Wimbleton Court for hosting National Night Out.  We had a great turnout, good food and even better conversations.  The Bedford Police and Fire Department were well represented and the kids enjoyed seeing them.  Thanks also to Lydia Gagliardi - Chair of the Events Committee and her great team!

Many thanks to our Beautification Committee for planting and maintaining the entrances on Cummings.  We hope that our work with the City will result in something attractive along Cheek Sparger in the not too distant future.
