Neighborhood News

Great turnout for the 3rd Annual Christmas Crawl.  We met several new homeowners and got reacquainted with others.  Our thanks to the host homes.

THANKS TO ALL WHO ATTENDED THE

NOVEMBER 12 HOMEOWNER MEETING

A recap of the meeting was mailed to all residents.  If you would like to look through the presentation delivered by your HOA Board and Committee Chairs, please click

We will not have an in-person Annual Homeowner Meeting this November due to Covid.  Instead, you will receive an email asking for nominations for open Board positions and a google survey that will feature update videos from your Board and opportunities to vote.  It's been a crazy year.  We will miss seeing you but appreciate your participation.

Our Cheek Sparger perimeter fence and the ironwork at all four entrances have been completed. We are very pleased with the results.

We continue to work with the City to improve the drainage at Ashbury and Cheek Sparger.  We had a significant shortfall on dues collection this year, so a final plan will need to wait until 2021.

Our summer color was fading and has now been replaced with violas, ornamental cabbage, lemon ball sedum and snapdragons which will fill in and add some much needed color throughout the Fall and Winter months.  Thank you Beautification Committee.

Thought you might enjoy a couple of Fall arrangements in our neighbor's yards.  If you have some you'd like to feature, send them as a .jpg to carol.delimama.brooks@gmail.com
