Our HOA was incorporated in 1997. CLICK HERE to review our charter and purpose. Our Association Fees are reasonable and support the upkeep of our perimeter fencing, stonework and entrance beds. We are a community of 200 homes, most of which were built in the late 1970s. This was not a traditional subdivision however; several contractors were involved and quite a few homes were independently designed and constructed hence the variety of styles and lot sizes. We still have many of the original owners but have also recently welcomed many new residents who value our central location, upkeep by residents and our HOA, and neighborly vibe. Bottom line: we are a good investment!
