LEAVING THE NEIGHBORHOOD?

We're sorry to lose you as a neighbor!  We'd sure appreciate it if you would let your listing agent know  that Bedford Estates has an HOA.  Ask them to contact the Board President,

Kimberlee Smith at lvskim56@hotmail.com.

Neighborhood News

Great turnout for the 3rd Annual Christmas Crawl.  We met several new homeowners and got reacquainted with others.  Our thanks to the host homes.

THANKS TO ALL WHO ATTENDED THE

NOVEMBER 12 HOMEOWNER MEETING

A recap of the meeting was mailed to all residents.  If you would like to look through the presentation delivered by your HOA Board and Committee Chairs, please click

IT'S SPRING AND WE HAVE NOTICED LOTS OF ACTIVITY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.  IF YOU ARE CONTEMPLATING A NEW ROOF, FENCE, SHED OR THE LIKE, PLEASE TAKE A FEW MINUTES AND CLICK ON THE POLICY DOCS TAB ABOVE TO BECOME FAMILIAR WITH OUR REVIEW PROCESS, FORMS AND MATERIALS.  MANY THANKS!

May Yard of the Month

I'm not even going to tell you where this is.  Do yourself a favor and take time to drive through our lovely neighborhood and look for the sign.  I don't know if it was because we were all "locked down" for a few months, but there was a lot of yard work done everywhere!

Thank you Linda Pool and your committee for our beautiful flower beds and the new encouraging sign!!

If you know of anyone in our neighborhood or nearby that might need errands run or meds to collect or just a hot meal, please send a note to Paul Caironi: caironi@att.netWe have neighbors that have volunteered to help out.

Bulk trash (furniture, tree limbs appliances etc.) are not being picked up by our trash service for the foreseeable future.  Please pull it off the curb and out of sight.  If it's imperative that it be removed, Hendrik Prufer hp1506@gmail.com has volunteered to take a load.

Rather than risk the safety of our zone delegates, we would really appreciate it if you could drop off your dues check for $100 with our Treasurer Deb Cashen at 3809 Welwyn Way Dr. (call ahead at 281-650-2375) or just drop it in the mail.

We have suspended work on the Cheek Sparger drainage issue and our work with the City until this crisis is over.  We will update you at a later date.

Stay safe everyone.

So glad we had a chance to celebrate at our Ladies Valentine Social and are bummed that we've had to cancel our annual Crawfish Boil, Garage Sale and Plant Swap.  Stay tuned, though, we are going to celebrate when this seclusion is over and look forward to seeing you all then.
