2021 Dues Campaign - Extended Through March

Hello neighbors.  We hope this finds you safe and well.  After recent weather events, we have all endured difficult and unsettling times. Recovery continues and it has been heartwarming to hear stories of neighbors helping neighbors through this challenge. We live in a very caring and giving community!

Like many of you, we are assessing the damage to our common areas including our fencing, stonework, plantings and sprinklers. Last year we were able to get the Cheek Sparger fencing and iron work redone and we have plans to begin the drainage and beautification along Cheek Sparger this year but that work depends on 70% dues participation. We hope you will take a few minutes and click on the PAY YOUR ANNUAL DUES link just to the right on this screen.  If you have any questions, please contact our Dues Campaign Manager - Paul Caironi at caironi@att.net or 817-494-3057.

Many thanks for your continued support.

This promotion is only available to residents who own their own sprinkler systems.

The City of Bedford, Tarrant Regional Water District, and M&M Irrigation and Illumination have partnered together to provide a Sprinkler System Evaluation Program to Bedford homeowners, at no charge. You may be eligible to receive a free rain & freeze sensor, and have it installed on your irrigation system at no charge. Your sprinkler system must meet the minimum requirements to qualify. This will be determined on the day of the evaluation at the discretion of the evaluator. Supplies are limited. Click on the link below to sign up.  SPRINKLER EVAL

Sprinkler Evaluation for Bedford

YOUR HOA $$$ AT WORK

Our Cheek Sparger perimeter fence and the ironwork at all four entrances have been completed. We are very pleased with the results. We think the stain we chose is very complementary with the stain used on the Brookwood Hills fencing and provides a cohesive look along Cheek Sparger Road.  Thanks to Doug Rhea for finding this great contractor.

We continue to work with the City to improve the drainage at Ashbury and Cheek Sparger.  We had a significant shortfall on dues collection in 2020 but hope to move ahead this year.

Our summer color was fading and has now been replaced with violas, ornamental cabbage, lemon ball sedum and snapdragons which will fill in and add some much needed color throughout the Fall and Winter months.  Thank you Linda Pool and your Beautification Committee.
