If CC&Rs cover the "what" of the HOA, the bylaws cover the "how". Our bylaws establish the structure of day-to-day governance of the Bedford Estates Homeowners Association.
Bylaws are updated when state laws governing HOAs are enacted and when the Board of Directors makes operational and administrative changes. Three such updates have been necessitated in recent years:
The BEHA membership approved updates to these bylaws with some minor clarifications at the membership meeting at Woodland Heights Baptist Church on 11/13/2018 and they are effective as of 01/01/2019.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the BEHA membership approved updates to these bylaws via an emailed virtual Homeowners Meeting conducted using videos by the President, Vice President and Treasurer and voting that ended December 20 via a google survey. They are effective as of 01/01/2021.
