In 2021 the Texas Legislature passed a comprehensive update to many of the statutes governing HOAs.  Your Board has prepared and filed with Tarrant County, four key Resolutions which are contained elsewhere under this tab.  We have also filed a Management Certificate which you can view on the TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) website.  Many of the other statutes listed below will be incorporated into our current Bylaws and CCRs (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) and presented to our property owners for approval in 2023.  A ballot was mailed to all property owners in the Fall of 2022 to collect votes and comments.  That information, plus guidance from an HOA lawyer will allow us the redraft these documents.  It should be noted that the Texas Legislature uses the term POA (Property Owners Association) rather than HOA (Homeowners Association), however the terms are synonymous.  The following policies are also being written and will be posted once filed with Tarrant County:
