Bedford Estates, like most HOAs, has an Architectural Review Committee that is elected by our property owners and is charged with reviewing applications for all external modifications to your home.  This includes roofing, fencing, sheds, additions etc.  The request form for your use is noted below.

If you have the capability, please download and complete it and then scan it to the HOA Secretary, Kim Smith at lvskim56@hotmail.com or text her at 817-845-5303 for assistance.  Your request, including any diagrams, will be forwarded to the Committee; they will contact you or your contractor with any questions.

Please allow 7-10 days for this process as several of the Committee members have full-time jobs.  Upon completion, Kim will notify you via phone and/or text.
