We anticipate that our perimeter fence will need to be replaced completely in 2-3 years.  This is a substantial cost that cannot be covered solely with annual association fees would be necessary to maintain the appearance of our neighborhood.  Estimates range from $60,000.00+. BEHA maintains a reserve fund to help with capital improvements, but if the fencing becomes unstable and we do not have enough money to replace it, a general meeting of property owners will be held to determine a course of action.
